Making Jewelry with Stones
This should be called the “forever in a jean jacket” necklace actually. I love jean jackets (admittedly, I own four) and have been fantasizing about them as I bundle up to go out in single digit temps. Anyone else have spring fever?
This dynamic piece uses our new Orange Sodalite Stone statement focal pendants. “Stone talks…” (cue Neil Diamond). We have them in all different stones with matching stone strands. I think you’re going to love designing with them! For stones, I like to use the 49 strand beading wire because it’s a little tougher.
A few design notes: I blended in a blue petite strand with the peachy stone strand so everything flowed. To top it off, I used a sparkly toggle clasp. This is absolutely one of my favorite JJB clasps (worth buying two because I promise you’ll use it with it’s neutral tones).
Lastly, I separated each Sodalite focal stone with a gold spacer bead. Simple stringing. Amazing end result!
Until next time!

I confess I have not tried Jesse James Beads yet (you are a new company to me), but this necklace with these beads & components has certainly gotten my attention!
This necklace is gorgeous and so interesting in color and texture – plus, the components look to be of very high quality.
I would LOVE to win – thank you SO much for this giveaway!
